The songs I do are usually inspired by moods. The most extreme of my emotions provoke the best of my music. 'Silly Little Boy' was a song written in a moment of sadness and loneliness, whereas, 'Motorway' is a song inspired by the thrill of going places I've never been to before. 'Sweet Reality' was based on a time when miserable aspects didn't matter in life if i had the people I loved. Other songs I do at gigs are covers of other artists, such as Regina Spektor and KT Tunstall. In October 2008 I did some work in the studio which was a great experience for me.
